Dickinson Park District owns 1,763 acres of parkland and green space which is comprised of 31 developed parks, 9 future park areas, and pedestrian trails. The Park District also manages 14 facilities that can be seen throughout the website. If there’s something you don’t find, please feel free to let us know.

Play for the Tots
PLAY FOR THE TOTS is a new program for ages 2-5, where along with their caregiver they'll have free time to play on the playground, color, craft and play together.

- Children must be accompanied by someone ages 16+

Piece of Cake
NEW PROGRAM! Baking and decorating is easy, right? In our four day class we'll find out how easy it really is. Together, we'll bake a cake from scratch, learn cupcake and cake decorating techniques and decorate a cake.

4v4 Women’s Volleyball League

Summer Art
Welcome to Summer Art where participants will use a wide range of supplies to create their own masterpiece. There will be unique goals and projects introduced each week. In this fun program, students will gain essential skills to create projects using their own creative expression. Students will have the opportunity to bring home their projects upon completion of the program.

STRONGkids
Dickinson Parks & Recreation has partnered with the Best Friends Mentoring Program to offer a FREE program that will focus on goal setting, building confidence & promoting a healthy lifestyle. This program will include skill-building opportunities, physical activities, and small group mentoring.
Requirements:
- Snacks will be provided.
- Please wear tennis shoes and comfortable active clothing.
- Bring a water bottle.
- Program capacity will be determined by the number of volunteer coaches.
- Deadline to register is Jan. 30, 2024.
- No class on March 5th.
