Our team is at the forefront of knowledge in the technical, human and environmental skills needed to excel in parks and recreation. We provide leadership to the sector by dedicating ourselves to taking care of and improving the parks, programs and facilities in our community.
Board of Park Commissioners
Tim has served on the Dickinson Park Board since 2014 and has held the position of Vice President since 2018 and became President in 2026. Tim is a retired Assistant Professor in the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department at Dickinson State University. He and his wife Kelly have 3 children, Samantha, Alison and Jake.
Term: June 2026-2030
Nic was elected to the Dickinson Park Board in 2022. He and his wife, Terri, are grateful for the Dickinson community and the many opportunities available for their family of five children. Nic has been blessed to form countless relationships over the years while serving families of the surrounding area through his work at Stevenson Funeral Home. He looks forward to serving the community to ensure that these opportunities are available for many generations to come.
Term: June 2026-2030
Zach is a Dickinson native who was elected to the Dickinson Park Board in 2020. Zach says he enjoys being part of community groups such as the Park Board. He and his wife Britani have 3 children and are passionate members of the Dickinson Community, committed to its success and growth.
Term: June 2024-2028
Tyler presently serves as a Fire Inspector for the Dickinson Fire Department while also managing his own Home Inspection Business. Born and raised in Dickinson, he and his wife Jeanine have deep roots in the community. They are proud parents to Nora, their only child. Tyler and his family cherish their connection to the Park District and eagerly anticipate its development during his tenure as commissioner.
Term: June 2024-2028
Zach was elected to the Dickinson Park Board in 2026. He and his wife, Marissa, are Dickinson natives that participated in various activities and programs through the Parks and Recreation District. Zach attended DSU and works as the Safety Manager at Baker Boy with a background in Human Resources. He is excited to help grow our facilities, programs and parks for Dickinson natives and for those that want to make Dickinson their new home.
