Overview

Dickinson Parks and Recreation wants to help keep your child active and healthy in this fun three week program! We will introduce your child to a variety of activities from sports, to active games, fitness activities and nutrition education. Each class there will be a different activity focus. Learn how to be a team player while building new athletic skills. (Each session will have different activities)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registration Deadlines: Session 1-June 7; Session 2-July 5.
  • Wear tennis shoes, comfortable active clothing (adaptable for weather).
  • Bring a water bottle.

SCHEDULE:

SESSION 1

  • Day 1: Volleyball
  • Day 2: Yoga, Dance & Kickball
  • Day 3: Racket Sports
  • Day 4: Flag Football
  • Day 5: Soccer
  • Day 6: Pool Day

SESSION 2

  • Day 1: Baseball
  • Day 2: Climbing, Double Dutch & Parachute
  • Day 3: Ice Skating
  • Day 4: Outdoor Games
  • Day 5: Basketball
  • Day 6: Pool Day
