If you wish to terminate your membership, we require you to do so at least 7 business days before the last day of the month. We require all cancellations in writing by submitting the following form. If you fail to cancel in writing within the required 7 business days before the last day of the month, you will be liable for the next month’s payment. There is a $25 cancellation fee when a membership is terminated.
Once the request form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation. Please do not assume your membership is cancelled – if you do not receive a confirmation by email, please call our office at 701-456-2074.

Please cancel my membership. I understand I am responsible for any balance I may have at West River Community Center along with a $25.00 cancellation fee. I understand that my membership will only be cancelled if I have received a confirmation of cancellation from the Membership Services Specialist.
