Warm Yoga (60 min)
Warm Yoga is perfect for anyone, at any age, and for any body type. This class offers low impact stretching sequences that work to increase the flexibility of muscles, all in a warm studio environment. The breath is utilized to clear the mind and relax the body. Instruction is given to help customize each pose to each participant.
A tranquil yoga flow class, uniting mind, body and breath by candlelight. This introspective offering strikes a balance between movement & stillness and strength & surrender; it leaves you open, refreshed and at peace.
Pilates (60 min)
Pilates is known for its remarkable ability to strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body. Focusing on the powerhouse, which includes abs, glutes, back, and thighs, Pilates retrains the powerhouse through dynamic movement patterns that focus on creating long lean muscles to increase both strength and flexibility.
Foam Roller (30-45 min)
Foam Roller Massage is a low intensity class that uses foam rollers to roll out various muscle groups. By using a foam roller on the muscles, fluid to those muscles is increased, creating better circulation. In many cases, tension and tightness in the muscles is decreased.
