FARGO STRONG HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM
Prerequisite: Must be able to run 3 miles in under 40 minutes. Join us on our quest to prepare for the Fargo ½ marathon. We will coach you through an 8 week training program that will include a running program with cross training to help get ready to run Fargo, Strong! (*Attending and running the Fargo Marathon on May 9 is not required to participate in this challenge group.)
