COUCH TO 5K CHALLENGE
This Couch to 5K program includes a 6-week 5K training program, with 4 running workouts per week. The end goal of this program is to be able to run a 5k in 30 minutes. Each workout lasts 30 minutes and consists of alternating periods of progressive running and walking. We will offer varied times to train with you throughout the 6 weeks. This program is an opportunity for individuals to prepare for our Jingle Bell 5k.
