This Couch to 5K program includes a 3-week 5K training program, with 4 running workouts per week. The end goal of this program is to be able to run a 5k in 30 minutes. Each workout lasts 30 minutes and consists of alternating periods of progressive running and walking. We will offer varied times to train with you throughout the 3 weeks. This program is an opportunity for individuals to prepare for our Half Marathon Training Program.
