This class is designed to give you a lean and sculpted look using hand weights. You choose your weights, 2 lbs. and up. We use repetition to cause muscle fatigue which helps build that sculpted look. Our instructors will take you through a full hour of total body work with moves working shoulders, back, arms, legs, and abs with little to no cardio. You will be instructed on how to use proper form and technique to give you great results. Whether you are a long time group fitness participant, or new to group fitness, this class is for you. With moves that are easy to follow, this really is a class for everybody.
