All the water workouts are for men and women and begin with a stretching segment and end with a cool down. You need not be a swimmer to come to class. Enjoy yourself and feel fit!
Aqua Aerobics | 5:30 am & 6:00 am – Moderate to high intensity workout using weights, bar bells and noodles.
Aqua Aerobics | 8:00 am & 9:00 am – Low to moderate intensity. This class begins with a brisk warm up, jogging in place and some arm exercises to get the heart rate up and try to sustain for at least 15 minutes. Using the edge of the pool for support you’ll also work on balance, good posture and deep breathing.

Aqua Zumba – Known as the Zumba “pool party”, Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness desciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!
