Group Fitness Schedule
Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise that involves using a stationary exercise bicycle in a classroom setting. The class involves an instructor at the front of the class who leads participants through routines that are designed to simulate situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. The atmosphere includes low lighting and music to motivate.
The Zumba class uses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The workout provides fitness benefits because its routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training, which are intended to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.
There will be no classes on September 3 due to Labor Day.
Silver Sneakers Classic will be canceled Tuesday, September 4 at 10 am.

Aqua Strength-Mondays & Thursdays @ 10 am
Tabata Cycle-Tuesdays 6:35 am
Kettlebells- Thursdays 6:35 am
Mommy & Me- Tuesdays 10 am (6weeks-crawling) & Thursdays 10 am (walking & up)
4:30 pm classes include: Cycle, Zumba, & Yoga
Oula-Tuesdays 6:30 pm
Zumba- Wednesdays 6:30 pm
Make sure to check out the class descriptions on the back of the schedule and maybe try a couple of new ones! Most classes can be modified to fit varying fitness levels. If you have any concerns, please talk to the instructor before the class begins and they would be happy to assist you.
*All group fitness classes on the schedule are included with a WRCC Membership or day pass.
Mommy & Me (6 weeks – crawling) Tuesdays 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Mommy & Me is a class for moms, dads, and caregivers to move their bodies and bond with their little ones ages 6 weeks to crawling. Workouts are created to support postpartum healing. Baby wearing is allowed.
Mommy & Me (toddler & up) Thursdays 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Mommy & Me is a class for moms, dads, and caregivers to move their bodies and bond with their little ones who have learned to walk. Workouts can include cardio, strength training, and bootcamp-style workouts that get the whole family moving.
*Please limit child participants to one child per class per adult. No exceptions.
