Running out of ideas for dinner? Come check this out! Over the course of an hour, our Registered Dietitian, Kailah Haag, will assist you in preparing 3 family sized meals that you can take home at the end of the workshop and freeze to use at a later date. The best part about all of the meals prepared is they are HEALTHY and KID APPROVED! Get some tips and tricks from Kailah throughout the workshop on how to prepare and plan easy, healthy meals for you and your family.
We have also made arrangements for those of you who have children that need to be watched while you are in the workshop. We will have a healthy snack and activity for them to participate in while you learn.
