Level 3 - Stroke Development
Participant must be able to jump into chest-deep water from the side, swim front crawl for 15 yards with face in the water and rhythmic breathing pattern (to front or side), maintain position by treading or floating for 30 seconds and swim back crawl for 15 yards. Instructor is in water as needed.

Lessons will be held for five week sessions, twice per week either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday.
Registration begins August 25, 2010 online or at the Parks and Recreation Office.
