The West River Community Center has several areas that may be rented for any type of gathering including company meetings, birthday parties, family reunions and more.

Full Community Room

• Capacity of 90 with prep kitchen and patio access
• Full Room Rental - $40.00/hour

Community Room #1

• Capacity of 60 with prep kitchen and patio access
• Room #1 Rental - $25.00/hour

Community Room #2

• Capacity of 30 with leisure pool and patio access
• Room #2 (wet party room) Rental - $15.00/hour

Community Room #3

• Capacity of 30
• Room #3 Rental - $15.00/hour

Studio A

• 1320 sq. ft hardwood floor with mirror and ballet bar
• Studio A Rental - $20.00/hour

Studio B

• 782 sq. ft synthetic multi-purpose use floor with mirror and ballet bar
• Studio B Rental - $15.00/hour

Gymnasium (2 courts)

• 1 Court Rental - $35.00/hour
• 2 Court Rental - $75.00/hour

MAC (Multi-Athletic Court)

• MAC Rental - $50.00/hr

Pools (per pool) (minimum of 2 hours)

• 0-50 people - $100.00/hour
• 51-100 people - $150.00/hour
• 101-150 people - $175.00/hour
• 151-300 people - $250.00/hour

Full Facility (includes 1 pool and 5 lifeguards)

• Rental - $450.00/hour
